Some of my friends said this alcohol is extremely rare and that there are stories of famous people drinking this. What are all the side stories about this cognac?|||It's true it's rare. Why? Because it's very old Cognac:
The cellar masters 'found' those casks of Louis XIII Cognac, and for example the Black Pearl is a blend of over 1200 different eaux-de-vie (that means mixed Cognac) aged between 40 and 100 years.
On the other hand the bottling is highly luxurious. Already the bottle itself is highly expensive (hand made).|||Just because Lil Wayne always talks about sippin on Louie. I personally rather buy a $45 bottle of Hennessy and drink quality liquor without having to pay $1,300 for a bottle of Louie.
