Does old champagne make you sick?

Okay, i have two old small 50 ml bottles of Remy Martin champagne and i'm not too sure about how old it is but my best bet is, that its more than 7 years old. I'm planning to drink it but im not sure about it yet. Would it be safe to drink it? Or will i get some type of poisoning?|||If it is a non vintage Champagne that has been lying around the chances are it is past its best but it won't make you ill... if it has been stored well or is a vintage then it is probably fine.

If it is a bottle of Remy Martin it is probably also fine.

It is however EITHER Remy Martin OR Champagne... Remy Martin are not Champagne producers.

Edit:

I think you are meaning Remy Martin Champagne Cognac which is a type of brandy from a specific region of France... don't confuse it with the actual drink Champagne.

It will be fine as long as it hasn't been sitting open.|||if it has been stored in a cool dry dark place , chances are it is still good. if it was stored in the garage window , probly not good|||to begin you got a bad bottle of champagne,,, second champagne usually has more sulfides than wine,,,,,,,, and co2 can make you sick,,,,,and usually any old bottle of wine or champagne can b bad|||If they are unopened then they're almost certainly safe to drink. They may not taste particularly good but they're extremely unlikely to make you sick.
